The Calorie Shifting diet is a way of losing weight by “shifting” how many calories you eat each day. You need to eat good food and resisting eating any junk food.
Your body becomes accustomed to eating the same number of calories each day so we need to break this cycle. You have to keep the metabolism guessing so you can stop your body from getting used to the same calorie count each day.
I used this program and found it was easy to do, you just have to get used to eating more some days and less on others. You will eat four or more times per day, but you are not going to eat same amount of calories each day.
This calorie shift diet can produce fast results if you stick to it. This diet works in shifts in such a way that you will follow the plan for 10 days then take three days off. During the your off days you can eat how you want, just be don’t go overboard and gain back what you have lost.
Like I said, I used this diet program which is called Fat Loss 4 Idiots and it worked and I’m sure you can make it work for you. They claim a weight loss of 9 pounds in 11 days, but take that as an estimate as everybody will lose weight differently, I lost 7 ½ pounds in 10 days.
